Your journey starts like

1. Reach out to one of our consultants

There are multiple ways to get in touch with a Compass professional. You can use the "Contact Us" button on the website and fill out the form to reach out with your dream project or if you prefer to give us a call and chat with one of our consultants, we love hearing about all types of projects big or small.

2. Meet with your team

Depending on the initial consultation we will either need to visit your property or you will be called to our office. During this meeting we will discuss your ideas, whether they are still conceptual or already documented, and initiate discussions on timelines, required documents, and the overall project process. Bringing inspiration ideas, photos, preferred styles, necessary functionalities, or any elements that will assist our design team in creating the perfect design for you.

3. Receive Preliminary Quotation

After presenting a design proposal and a preliminary cost estimate (not the final quote), if you decide to move forward, we will send you a preliminary agreement to kickstart the design phase. Once approval is received for floor plans and elevations, a final cost estimate will be provided. Our team will continuously refine the quote until it's construction-ready, considering potential modifications based on consultant documents such as geotechnical reports, structural designs, and BASIX requirements.

4. Design your project

Upon acceptance of the initial quote, you will sit with our industry leading designers and design the custom property of your dreams. Once your ideas have been transferred onto our consultants you can kick your feet back while we prepare all your documents for CDC or DA submission.

5. Construction of your project

This is where our experience shines, let our team of Project Managers and trained Engineers handle your construction project from start to finish. We aim to keep you up to date throughout the process and will regularly hold onsite meetings to let you visual your project as it comes to life.

6. Handover

Today marks the awaited moment when we will present you with the keys to your new home and go through a thorough walkthrough to confirm everything is in perfect condition. At Compass you have the added benefit of receiving a full turnkey package which includes full landscaping, a driveway and full OC, making your moving process that much easier. As time goes by if any minor defects are to appear we are committed to being here to resolve any concerns or flaws you may find in your home, guaranteeing your satisfaction with the entire construction.
